Essential Data
Please ensure the following data is provided:
1) Gerber files including solder paste files
2) Stencil or stencil files (Specify which)
3) Pick and Place files (XY Co-ordinates)
4) Overlay or silkscreen in pdf format
5) Sample PCB if possible or a digital photo.
6) Customer B.O.M. (Excel preferably) including:
(a) Circuit reference number / designator
(b) Part Number
(c) Description of part
(d) Prefered Vendor / Manufacturer.
(e) Alternative Vendor (Optional)
7) Test software if necessary
8) Indicate any specific build requirements such as track
cutting and / or copper side modifications on the 'additional
information' sheet where necessary.
9) Indicate packaging requirements if necessary.
