Technique electronics currently has the SMD capabilities
of placing:
· 0201 components and up
· 54mm x 54mm QFP down to 0.28 pitch or 35mm
x 84mm QFP
· SMD component heights of 15mm
· BGA's 54mm x 54mm or BGS's 35mm x 84mm
SMD capacity is 1.6 million placements per month.

| Hand Loading of Conventional
Components |

| All components are hand
inserted by well trained staff. All PC boards are then
soldered through a Wave Flow Solder Machine. |

| Inspection |

| All SMD boards that are
manufactured at Technique are inspected to ensure the
quality of the SMD manufacturing process. |

Quailty Control
All the PCB's are inspected for a final quality check.The
PCB's are then wrapped and packed in anti-static packaging
for delivery.
Testing
A service offered by Technique is the testing of each PCB.
This ensures that the customer is given a fully tested working
product. The test procedures must be supplied by the customer.
Testing and programming of our products is of key importance
to us to provide our
customers with a final finished working product.
