General Features
The Solar security light offers up to 3 nights of continuous lighting and has a life span of 100 000 hours.
The product is self powered, does not consume energy on startup and is safe. It uses low voltage (DC 12V) and is mercury free.
The charger voltage and current are controlled through three separate charge states: a trickle current charge state, a bulk charge state and a float state. Battery voltage is compensated to 3.9mV/Deg C
Constant current power sypply with short circuit protection.
The solar panel is monocrystaline.
The system eliminates the installation of expensive
transformers and copper cabling.
Total installation time is less than 15 minutes with no delay and cost of connection to the local grid.
The housing comprises a durable aluminum casing with an IP55 environmental rating.
The intelligent control unit provides: deep discharge
protection, daylight sensing (automatic day-night
switching), battery and system status information; bad battery indication charge/voltage indication as well as automatic PWM dimming during long overcast periods.
A double rotating facility allows the indepent rotating of the flood light and solar panel.
Light distribution can be altered with the change of lenses to 30deg commonly used for sign boards and advertising illumination.
